Our crew arrives approximately 90 minutes before your event begins to prepare the simulator and equipment, ensuring everything is ready before guests arrive. After the event, we handle breaking everything down and are typically packed up within 45 minutes. Throughout your event, the Tee Time Willy’s team stays on-site to support play, help guests, answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly.
We recommend a space of at least 15 ft x 18 ft to ensure smooth play and allow room for spectators. Each rental includes a golf simulator setup, simulator screen, display for guests to watch, and at least one standard golf club set. Additional equipment like left-handed, ladies’, and kids’ clubs are available upon request.
